Shipping, Returns & Repairs.

Shipping & Delivery

Apple uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Learn more about shipping times, methods, costs, and carriers.

Worldwide Shipping

Please allowed us to process your order within 1-3 days after transaction. Orders could be delivered to most locations within 5-7 days working after the parcels left our warehouse. 


Estimated Shipping time:

US, Europe, Middle East: 5-7 working days

Asia, Australia: 3-5 working days

S. America: 14-30 working days

Everywhere else: 14-30 working days





We cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any custom taxes or duties as we have no control over these charges. We cannot tell what the cost would be as custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Any customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Please check through via local custom office for the charges before ordering if necessary.


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product (not purchased in volume) you purchased online from Apple.

To return an item, please visit online Self Service for assistance 24 hours a day, or call 800-908-988, Monday - Friday 9 am to 7 pm.

Returns are subject to the Apple Online Store Terms and Conditions. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed for all opened items (per unit). A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on closed box returns (per unit).

Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at the Apple returns center. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • For Credit Card payment, the refund will take 3 business days to your card-issuing bank. Please contact your bank to check when the refund will return to your bank account.

  • For Apple Store Gift Card payment, the refund will take 3 business days to sent via an Apple Store Gift Card by email

  • For Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash Deposit payments, the refund will take 8 days to post to your card-issuing bank based on the bank information you have provided. If you have not provided the bank information yet, please refer to below information. Please contact your bank to check when the refund will return to your bank account. We will notify you by email when the refund has successfully posted to your bank.

    Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order.

If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Apple Store Customer Service at 800-908-988 during our hours of operation, Mon-Fri 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.

If you're having trouble with your new Apple product, please visit online Product Support or contact Apple technical support. If you're having trouble with a non-Apple product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.


Please contact us to help diagnose any repairs that you may need – we are here for you!  We can then determine whether the repairs will be covered under our Limited Warranty or Protection Plan. If your repair is not covered by either of those options, then we can quote the estimated cost to repair. Either way, we will make sure that you have a functioning edelkrone gear!

In most cases, we are also able to provide the spare part(s) to help you resolve the issue on your own without sending the item(s) in for repair(s). If the identified issue is covered under our Limited Warranty or Protection Plan and it is determined that spare part(s) will fix it, we will happily send you the part(s) at no additional cost.  If the issue is not covered by either of those options, then we can quote the estimated charge for the spare part(s) and shipping.

If you decide to ship your item(s) to us for repairs, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code which we will ask for you to clearly mark outside of the box as you ship your edelkrone item(s) back for repair(s).
