Why my Smartphone cannot connect with PANO360?

For some Smartphone with poor Bluetooth connection, causing to the device not found.

There is several different ways that we suggested and could optimize the Bluetooth signal receiving of your Smartphone:

Method 1: Clear the Bluetooth cache and data and try reconnecting.

Method 2: Connect the PANO360 by switching on Location      and Bluetooth      before

                    open the APP.

If your Smartphone still cannot connect the PANO360, you can contact and find the manufacturer of your Smartphone for finding out the better solutions.
